Sarah is a member of our Property Group and she has broad experience in transactional work including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, self-managed superannuation funds, trusts, leasing, options, off the plan purchases and providing independent legal advice on loan contracts, mortgages and guarantees.  She also has a comprehensive understanding of PEXA and is PEXA Certified.

Sarah enjoys working with her clients to deliver the best possible service and is recognised for adopting a practical commercial approach to matters, enabling transactions to be concluded in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.

Background

Sarah graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2009 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance). She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2011 and initially practiced as legal counsel at Perpetual Limited in the provision of logistic services to the financial services industry in Australia and New Zealand.

Between 2017 and 2021, Sarah practised law at a small firm in the Sutherland Shire where she gained a broad knowledge in many aspects of legal practice.

Sarah joined the WMD Property Group in November 2021.
