Georgia is a member of our Commercial Team. Georgia assist clients with commercial transactions and disputes, drafting of contracts and providing business advice and conducting matters in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales. Georgia’s experience in commercial law includes commercial litigation, employment disputes, intellectual property law, civil litigation preparation, debt recovery and small criminal matters. Georgia also represents her clients in relation to home building disputes in NCAT. She strives to deliver the best possible service and is recognised for adopting a practical commercial approach to matters, enabling transactions to be concluded in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.

Background

Georgia gained valuable experience working with a building expert for 5 years prior to joining our team and also worked in a small CBD firm as a paralegal/law clerk in the criminal and commercial litigation divisions. Once Georgia was admitted as a lawyer she continued her career in commercial litigation.
