Julie specialises in the areas of probate, estate administration and contested estates matters under the Family Provision and Succession Acts, both in ACT and NSW jurisdictions. Julie also practises in conveyancing and commercial leasing and litigation.
Louise worked as a lawyer for 10 years in both Australia and overseas before relocating to the Far South Coast where she now works in our Bega office. Following on from her postgraduate studies she has focused her practice primarily on family law and can provide advice and assistance to resolve all property and parenting issues.
Matthew has an enthusiasm for commercial and civil litigation and conducts matters in the Local, District and Supreme Courts in New South Wales in a broad range of debt recovery matters, contract disputes and corporate litigation. He regularly appears in Court as an advocate for his clients or when briefing Counsel.
Michaela Smith B.A. LL.B, is a member of our Commercial Law division. Michaela has experience in small and large scale debt collection and assists the commercial team in all commercial and civil litigation matters. Michaela is efficient in sourcing and engaging experts, discovery and financial investigations, and the preparation of court documents as well as providing representation for clients at procedural listings.
Blake Lampert is a member of the WMD Law Property Team and assists in all commercial, property and business transactions. Blake has practical experience in reviewing and drafting contracts for the sale of land, the preparation of leases, deeds and licence agreements.
Jessica McKinley is admitted to practice as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia and predominantly works in our Family Law, Criminal Law and Estates teams.

Taylah Stuart is a member of our Criminal Law and Family Law divisions.
Taylah assists in the conduct of criminal matters at Local and District Court levels including driving offences, drug matters and assaults. Taylah has experience with District Court trials and sentencing hearings in regard to serious assault, firearms and drug matters and is competent in preparing briefs and instructing Counsel.
